Armentrout, and I’ve always wanted to know more. We briefly met them in the COVENANT SERIES by Jennifer L. I’ve always been interested in Greek Mythology, but especially with the story of Hades and Persephone as they’re so many interpretations of how they loved, or loathed each other. And with Cillian being dubbed the villain of Boston for his work in the oil drilling industry, it seems to be true. With the protagonist being called Persephone, it’s completely just that we as fans of LJ have hopes that the story should somehow parallel with that of Greek myths Hades and Persephone. “But what are villains, my dear wife, if not misunderstood heroes?” The four of them have a pact to only marry for love, and are the Boston Belles. The Penrose sisters, Persephone and Emmabelle, are both close friends of Sailor Brennan and Aisling Fitzpatrick. Actually, every character we meet in TV is someone we’ve already met in TH. The “villain” in this story is Cillian Fitzpatrick, the older brother of Hunter Fitzpatrick – whom we meet in THE HUNTER. Set again in Boston, I knew it was a must for me to read, as we know it’s a city I adored visiting in early 2018.
